On May of 1995, our company was founded in Zhejiang University (Huajiachi campus), named as Zhejiang University Animal Pharmaceutical.

On August of 2004, our company has been completed joint-stock reform and renamed as HANGZHOU EMPYREAN ANIMAL HEALTH CO., LTD.

On March of 2005, powder/bulk/premix plant was checked and accepted by the Ministry of Agriculture under the standard of GMP.

On May of 2005, terminally sterilized small volume injection workshop and terminally sterilized large volume injection workshop were checked and accepted by the Ministry of Agriculture under the standard of GMP.

During the year of 2005, our company made the new veterinary medicine researching and development as the core development strategy and made the swine and poultry drugs and cow drugs as the main products.

On June of 2006, our company merged with Hangzhou Sanxin (Tongfang) veterinary CO., LTD.

In 2007, our company was named Hangzhou high-tech enterprise.

In 2009, our company obtained six national patents.

In 2011, we bought 22000 m2 of land at Hangzhou Economic Development Zone near Haining as the new base of our company. All of the workshop were checked and accepted by Ministry of Agriculture.

2012, our company had a deep cooperation with a Korea company and officially changed to a joint ventures company.

In the next few years, our company will continue to expand the market share in Yangtze River Delta region (mainly Zhejiang), Pearl River Delta region (mainly Guangzhou), Central Plains (mainly Henan and Hubei), Southwest and North China. We strive to become an industry leader.
